Refund Policy
At Giftware, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide a replacement or allow you to choose another product of equal value in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item being delivered.

Please Note:

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstance.

Only replacements or exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos showing the damage or issue.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Sale/discounted products are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

How to Request a Replacement or Exchange:

1) Visit the Exchange & Returns tab on our website.

2) Enter your phone number or email ID and order number.

3) Upload necessary images and submit your request.

4) Once reviewed and approved, you may choose a replacement or a different item of equal value (subject to stock availability).

Additional Notes:

COD charges and promotional cashback are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reverse pickup handling fee of ₹100 is applicable for approved cases.

Final approval of all exchange or replacement requests is at the sole discretion of Giftware after quality verification.
