Closed on Sundays and all bank/national holidays
All queries must be submitted through the official website only.
No requests will be entertained via telephone, social media platforms, or WhatsApp.
Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll inform you via email or phone.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are scheduled for pick-up by our delivery partner.
You may be able to cancel your order during a short grace period before dispatch. If you wish to cancel, please do so as soon as possible via the website.
Return Shipment Conditions
Our delivery partners will only accept returns in original Giftware packaging.
Do not include non-Giftware items in the return parcel — this may violate shipping policies and result in the return being rejected.
